Mississippi Information and Referral Center

The Information and Referral Center was established by the American Parkinson's Disease Association in 2005.  It is located at Gulfport Memorial Hospital in Gulfport, MS.

Our center is a ready source of up to date information about Parkinson's Disease, answers any questions, provides a comprehensive resource and referral network and assists support groups.  The I&R Center works in partnership with the MS Chapter of the APDA to provide or assist in funding and organizing special programs, create support groups, help with Membership and fundraising events.

This local network forms the basis of the grassroots campaign to help raise awareness and overcome the unique challenges of living with Parkinson's Disease.
